The statue is finished but the pathway to the statue area is still on construction, the stair was decorated with Chinese style sculpture - 9 dragons yes, counted and verified.Before you arrived at the statue area, you will go thru a series of shrines, at one of the yard - opposite the shrine you could take picture with mountain and Pantai Burung Mandi as the could skip this site if you do not have ample time.
